Yes absolutely! UX PRO Academy is a fully online learning platform, and in each course you will be matched with a mentor with whom you can fix your meeting/timings with no matter which side of the world you are in. Infact we prefer a more diverse student community. Please note : Only our course payments are processed in U.S dollars,Our course is not based in the U.S.
We offer 3 types of main courses which can be found on our homepage or under the courses section. If you are just starting off we would recommend the UX/UI Beginner to PRO course. If you have prior design knowledge we would suggest the User Testing PRO OR UX Interactive with Clients courses.

We don't provide official certifications or degrees, but we offer "certificates of completion" after you finish a course. Based on our Mentors experience and our own experience, we believe that formal degrees and certifications in the UX really don't get you a job or are of much value. Employers are usually more interested in the level of skill and experience you have.
Currently we don't offer any financing on any of our courses. However, if you wish to discuss your issue please email us and we will try our best to come up with a solution.
UX PRO Academy offers you the opportunity to learn UX the real way. Which means towards the end of your course you will work on a real client brief. You will produce journey maps, wireframes, conduct testing etc and present all your findings to the Client directly. Your Mentor will liaise with the client for their availability for calls and will push them to provide feedback on time so you can work on any iterations if needed.
They might, but that depends on thier requirements at that given time. However, please note the Clients you work with is the best way for you to learn how to work in a real environment and therefore we want you to first give this your 100% so you can benefit froths unique way of learning we offer.
Please remember this is not a test of your work. You are simply using this platform to apply all your learning in the best real way possible and the Clients are well aware of that. So they will not be testing or judging you. They are in partnership with us to help you develop as well.
If you need some time off or need to pause the course due to some reason you can do so by informing us no later than 48 hours in advance We don't recommend you pause the course as our courses are not that long and they are quite intensive and since they involve team work and clients its almost like being at a real workplace. However, As Per our policies, you are allowed two 1-week pauses. Please email us and we will send you a form to fill and we will get back to you shortly after.
Yes you can. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your request at least 48 hours in advance.
Since our courses are very specialised and intensive we try and match you to the best possible mentor. We also have to match that Mentor to the team you will be eventually working with so at the moment we don't give students the choice to choose a mentor. However, be rest assured that your mentor will be a specialist with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Purchases & Refunds

Our refund policy can be found in our policies page, as well as in your student agreement. Here is how refunds work for UX/UIO Beginner to PRO course: 1.You can cancel your enrolment at any time. You must contact us via email to cancel it. 2.If you cancel within the first two weeks you will receive a full refund. 3.After this two-week period, cancelling in the first month of the course $500 USD deposit becomes non-refundable 4.Cancelling in the Second or Third month of the course $200 becomes non-refundable in addition to the $500 deposit We don't offer any refunds after the THIRD MONTH of the course as by then we have secured our Clients to get involved with you.
We charge your card in USD and your bank decides the final amount charged in your local currency. We recommend speaking with your bank if you are unsure about being charged a transaction fee.
